My name is Tom Crusham and I have 30 years experience in building great brands. 

For the last 20 years in Cincinnati – 15 with Strata-G Communications and the last five with Eric Mower + Associates (we combined in 2012) – as Creative Director I led a group of writers, designers, art directors, video and interactive experts to create award-winning and successful integrated communications for our clients. 

I want to work with a team, collaborate, be creative and lead by example. There is nothing better than seeing that initial spark of an idea result in a great brand experience. I have a lot of experience, expertise and energy to bring to an organization.
